of my favorite art books! This book is full of projects based on
masterpieces from different styles of art. (Like Van Gogh's
Starry Starry Night). First the book explores the art - from
African Masks to European classics - then gives you a project based on
what the student has just studied.

I Can Draw People
This
classic book gives children 3 years of age and up step by step
instructions on how to draw people. A bucket of sidewalk chalk
and a sunny afternoon and this book makes for a great activity.
When my son followed the step by step
illustrations in this book he made his first non-stick-figure
